ROLE: Sales Associates
Wix Trending is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to assist customers in our physical store. You will provide product information, offer styling advice, and contribute to driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
• Greet and assist customers in finding desired products.
• Provide detailed product information and styling advice.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customers.
