ROLE: E-commerce Manager
Wix Trending is looking for a skilled E-commerce Manager to manage our online store. You will oversee digital marketing efforts and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our global customers.
• Manage and update the e-commerce website.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order processing.
• Handle online customer inquiries and issues.
ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience with email marketing and social media advertising.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
