ROLE: Customer Service Representative
Wix Trending is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our online customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide information about products, orders, and shipping.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document and report customer feedback.
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Proficiency in using customer service software.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Multilingual abilities.
